Thinking about employment or a career in health care?

Are you interested in addressing the health needs of Mendocino County’s Native American population and promoting wellness in the Tribal communities that CTHP serves?

The Mission. Consolidated Tribal Health Project is looking for hard-working, innovative and caring team members to help us fulfill our mission of serving the health and wellness needs of Mendocino County’s Native American population.

Indian Preference. CTHP provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees. CTHP does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, medical condition, disability, genetic characteristic or information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected criteria. This policy applies to all areas of employment, including hiring, training, compensation, promotion and discipline.

CTHP offers Native American Preference as allowed by law. Otherwise, CTHP will recruit, hire, evaluate, compensate, and retain individuals on the basis of their qualifications, abilities, and skills in accordance with all local, state, national laws, executive orders, regulations, and guidelines.

Initial Screening Policy. Candidates must receive and pass a drug screening within seven days of hire. All new employees are required to have a TB (tuberculosis) test. The Department Director will determine if the new employee also needs a Hepatitis A/B and or MMR vaccination.
