Behavioral Health Department

Our Mission

CTHP’s Behavioral Health Department aims to provide culturally relevant and confidential assessment and screening,

counseling, treatment, referrals, as well as support groups for the health and wellbeing of our patients. 

 

Who We Serve

Children, youth, adults and seniors, Elders, families, men and women. 

Services and Support

Substance abuse counseling.

Counseling services for children, adolescents, adults and elders, as well as family counseling and therapy.

Assessments, referrals, clinical screening and assessment, substance abuse counseling, support group counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, chronic pain management through stress reduction, hypnotherapy, stress management through self relaxation techniques and meditation.

Patient Care Hours:  Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00; 1:00 to 5:00 pm.

 

Appointments.

To make an appointment, call 707-467-5645.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

This allows us to find another appointment time for you and accommodate other patients.

 

Registration, Coverage and Payment for Services

Contact PRC (Purchased and Referred Care) at 707-467-4641 to register as a new patient, or for information about eligibility and coverage.

Contact the Billing department at 707-467-5637 for information about payment.

 

Transportation Services. Transportation is available for eligible patients in need upon referral by your provider. See Transportation Services for more information.
