Our major function is the delivery of high quality patient care in which the patient’s welfare and individual rights and concerns for culture and tradition are respected.
As part of our Quality Improvement Program, CTHP conducts an annual Patient Satisfaction Survey to assess patient satisfaction with various elements of care.
Survey results are used for the ongoing improvement of patient access to care, clinic services, programs, and clinic operations.
Patient Satisfaction Survey 2017
CTHP is conducting its annual Patient Satisfaction Survey throughout June. This survey asks patients to rate their satisfaction with the care they received within the last 12 months, and provides opportunity for patients to share comments that will help CTHP with our improvement efforts.

Patients sometimes voice a complaint in their Patient Satisfaction Survey. While this information is helpful for our improvement efforts, if a patient expects a resolution to their complaint, they need to complete the Patient Feedback Form and submit it according to the options provided on the form. This will ensure that our Executive Director will review and respond to the complaint in a timely manner.
