1. Call the USDA National Hunger Hotline at 1-866-3-HUNGRY (1-866-348-6479) or 1-877-8-HAMBRE (1-877-842-6273). Information is available in English or Spanish. The hotline operates Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).
2. BIA: Financial Assistance and Social Services (FASS) – This program provides assistance to American Indians and Alaska Natives who 1) have no access to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), 2) do not meet eligibility criteria for TANF, or 3) have exceeded the lifetime limit for TANF services.
