Amber Gilmore, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Gilmore graduated from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine and attended residency at MAHEC in Hendersonville, NC. She received additional training by completing the Obstetrics fellowship in Spartanburg, SC. She lives in Ukiah and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Chase and their dog Aran. Dr. Gilmore is providing care in family medicine, obstetrics, and women’s health at CTHP.
Lori Conner, PNP
Lori Conners was born in Port Arthur, Texas, and spent her childhood traveling with her family, attending school in Saudi Arabia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These experiences shaped her global perspective and commitment to compassionate care. Lori is dedicated to supporting pediatric families through every stage of a child’s life—from infancy to adolescence—focusing on preventive health and overall well-being. She earned her RN degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and spent six years working in pediatric and adult operating rooms. Driven to advance her expertise, Lori completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, becoming a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. After accepting a temporary position in Northern California, Lori fell in love with the region and decided to make it her home. Today, she proudly serves pediatric patients and their families at Consolidated Tribal Health Project, where she continues to provide compassionate, comprehensive care.
Loretta Ancellotti, FNP
Loretta Ancellotti is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience as a healthcare provider. She has been providing excellent health care to patients of both Lake and Mendocino County with emphasis on health promotion and health prevention. Loretta joined Consolidated Tribal Health Project in 2024 and is eager to see you.
John Behm, MD
Dr. John Behm is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides care for patients of all ages. Before joining CTHP, he successfully operated his own medical practice in Pennsylvania for 35 years. Dr. Behm is married and has three children—Olivia, Meredith, and Abraham. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to country music and walking among the giant redwoods, which has become one of his favorite activities since relocating to California. He is excited to be part of the CTHP team and looks forward to learning more about the cultural traditions that are important to our patients.
Emily Bruton, PT, DPT
Emily Bruton brings a diverse background to her role as Director of Physical Therapy, blending her experience as a collegiate soccer player, practicing physical therapist, and educator. With over ten years of clinical work in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient orthopedics—including sports, geriatrics, and general musculoskeletal care. Emily has developed a strong foundation in treating a wide range of patients and conditions. Emily emphasizes whole-body assessment and intervention, focusing on treating the person rather than isolated parts of the puzzle. Her approach integrates movement analysis, manual therapy, and individualized exercise to restore balance and resilience. With five years of teaching experience and extensive continuing education, she is passionate about translating evidence-based knowledge into meaningful care. Motivated by a deep belief that movement is medicine, Emily is committed to helping people return to the activities they love and improving overall quality of life in the community she serves.
