October 1 to 11: New north lot will be paved
On Thursday, October 1, expect trucks coming in and out throughout the day. A flagger will be at the entrance to guide cars and people on foot, so please follow their directions.The new north parking lot will be closed while crews pave it and give the pavement time to cure. At least 77 spaces will stay open in the west lot and just north of Building B.
Wednesday, October 7: Paint day
Crews will paint permanent parking lines in the front section of the west lot, closest to North State Street. That section is closed for the day and reopens Thursday morning. 87 spaces stay open next to and north of Building B, including 10 overflow spaces for staff on the east side of campus.
October 12 to December 21: West lot is repaved.
The north lot reopens, and the west lot, west of Building B, is fenced off for new pavement. Park in the new north lot, the one on your left as you come in the driveway. 77 spaces will be available there and just north of Building B.
A few tips...
- Follow the signs. They'll guide you to open parking each day.
- Give yourself a few extra minutes when you arrive.
- Staff, please park in the farthest or overflow spaces so the closest spots stay open for patients and Elders.
When the work is done, both lots will have fresh pavement and clear lines.
